What form of payment do you accept?
We are a cashless business and DO NOT accept cash. We accept any debit card and all major credit cards. Click here to book online.
Can I pay a deposit before booking a service?

Will i receive a refund if i cancel my appointment?

What is The Cancellation Policy?
Appointments must be canceled 48 hours prior to appointment date and will be charged a cancellation fee of $50. The cancellation fee will be deducted from total cost of service and a refund will be issued for the remaining balance.
If you fail to cancel 48 hours prior to appointment you will not receive a refund but will be allowed 1 reschedule.
If you are a NO Call NO Show you will not receive a refund and will not be allowed to reschedule. You will be placed on the No Call No Show List and will be unable to book in the future.
Note: When you book online you will receive confirmation email in that email you have the option to cancel/reschedule. Check spam/junk folder for email.

How many times am i allowed to cancel my appointment?
You are only allowed one cancellation. Afterwards you will be placed on the do not service list.
Do you travel out of town?

What is The Return policy on Equipment?
All sales are final. No returns or refunds issued for body wraps, waist trainers, creams, or shape wear.
Equipment Return Policy
Customer must email customerservice@glowismaesthetics.com prior to returning equipment. In email specify reason for return. Equipment can not be used. Must return in original packaging with no defects. Return must be completed within 14 days of purchase. Equipment that is not return within 14 days will receive a credit, return will not be accepted nor refund issued.

Who should i contact if i have a reaction after a service?

Do I have to sign a consent form for services?
Consent forms will be sent after you book a service via our website. Forms must be completed prior appointment.
How Long will it take for me to receive my order?
Allow 48 hours to process your order. Delivered 7 - 14 business days after processing order. Weekends and holidays not included.
